So the funeral for my student was yesterday. I was quite surprised to find out that when someone passes away here in Spain, the funeral is held 24 hours later. The other teacher were also quite surprised when I told them that funeral services are usually 3-5 days later. There were so may people at the chapel that we didn't even get to go in. The students were taking it pretty hard and I think it will be awhile before things get back to normal with that class. Keep them and the family of Maria in your prayers. R.I.P.
